- Divorced dad of three kids 13, 10, 9. I normally get to be with my kids only 3 days out of two weeks and try to do the best I can with a bad situation. Any advice offered by or for part-time parents would be welcomed
I also suffer from Bipolar Depression (low and lower) that went undiagnosed until I was in my 30's. Dealing with the divorce, starting over and being away from my kids has been a challenge.

- I think it was a therapist who told me, "Do the best you can with the tools you have."
I also remember a 'joke' card given to me one time that said, "Don't hold yourself absolutely, totally and irrevocably responsible for everything. That is my job." - God
